How can I access my Ridley Academy account?

The system sends an automatic welcome email at the time of the purchase.

Go to your email inbox and find the email with the subject "Your New Ridley Academy Account". Follow the steps and start your course!

How can I reset my password?

If you want to reset your password follow these simple steps:

1. Go to this link: www.ridleyacademy.com/login
2. (Optional) If it takes you to your Library you can log out (by clicking on your Avatar in the top right corner).
3. Once you are in the Login page click on “Forgot Password” underneath the "Sign In" button.
4. Type the email you used to purchase the offer.
5. You will receive an automatic email with a unique link where you can input your new password.

* The Ridley Academy account is linked to the email used to make the purchase. If you want to create a login for a member of your family please email support@ridleyacademy.com.
Please give us the list of full names and individual email addresses of your family members you want us
to create accounts for.

** Note that the unique link will expire after 6 hrs. Your password won't change until you access the link above and create a new one.

*** If you don't see the automatic email please check your spam folder. Sometimes it takes an additional minute to arrive.

Invalid email or password error

If you get an error message saying "Invalid email or password" try the following tips:

- Retype your information again slowly, and click the "Sign In" button.

- Type your information in another app where you can see what you are writing, copy the information, paste it on the log-in page fields, and click the "Sign In" button.

- If the problem continues, the email address might be different from the one registered on the system. To verify this please go to your different email inboxes or spam folders and type "Your New Ridley Academy Account". If you find it you can just follow the steps of that welcome email.

- If you can't find the welcome email, the email address registered might have a typo, so you need to contact support and give us the details of your purchase, like the date, the email used, your full name, if you got a receipt or notification from your bank, etc. We will manually update the information and give you access to your account.
